An Overview of

"As with each of Avatar Adi Da's "Source-Texts", Ruchira Shaktipat Yoga begins with His First Word, "Do Not Misunderstand Me--I Am Not 'Within' you, but you Are In Me, and I Am Not a Mere 'Man' in the 'Middle' of Mankind, but All of Mankind Is Surrounded, and Pervaded, and Blessed By Me". In this remarkable Essay, Avatar Adi Da Explains that His open Confession of Most Perfect Real-God-Realization is not to be misapprehended as a claim of the "Status" of the "Creator"-God of conventional religious belief--but, rather, His Divine Self-Confession must be understood and appreciated as a Free Demonstration of What is Realized in the Perfect Fulfillment of esoteric Spiritual practice, Which is the Most Perfectly Non-Dual Realization of Reality Itself. By virtue of His Free Demonstration, Avatar Adi Da Samraj makes clear that Most Perfect Real-God-Realization is the ultimate Potential and Destiny of all beings.
The Prologue of Ruchira Shaktipat Yoga, "My Divine Disclosure" (also, like "First Word", found in all twenty-three "Source-Texts"), is a poetic epitome of Avatar Adi Da's Divine Self-Revelation. It is His Call to every being to turn to Him at heart and practice the life of devotional surrender in Real God.
Part One, "I (Alone) Am The Adidam Revelation", is Avatar Adi Da's full elucidation of the uniqueness of His Revelation of the seventh stage Realization. In this unparalleled Essay--incomparable in its scope and profundity--Avatar Adi Da examines His own Course of Divine Self-Realization in order to Demonstrate how the two primary divisions of the Great Tradition--the Emanationist (or absorptive mystical) Way (associated with the first five stages of life) and the non-Emanationist (or Transcendentalist) Way (associated with the sixth stage of life)--are, in Truth, only different aspects of the great seven-stage process of Most Perfect Divine Self-Realization.
The Prologue and Part One establish the overall context for Avatar Adi Da's "Consideration" of Spirit-Baptism. That "Consideration" proper begins in Part Two, "The Divine Yoga Of My Crashing-Down Avataric Descent", comprising two Talks by Avatar Adi Da. In the first Talk, Avatar Adi Da explains that the Way of Adidam is a matter of freely participating in His Crashing Down into the body-mind As Love-Bliss, to the degree of utter ego-dissolution. Avatar Adi Da explains that the traditional idealism associated with the Kundalini Shakti (or Cosmic Spiritual Power) is a search for ascended (or subtle) phenomena--a search that cannot lead to Most Perfect Divine Enlightenment. He then describes the unique characteristics of the Way of Adidam:
