Meditation is a unique and precious event in the daily life of Avatar Adi Da’s devotees. It offers the opportunity to relinquish outward, body-based attention and to be alone with Avatar Adi Da, allowing yourself to enter more and more into the sphere of His Divine Transmission. As your practice of meditation matures, you realize that it is truly as important to your well-being as food or rest.

At least twice daily (morning and evening), in the formal setting of a Communion Hall, you Contemplate a photographic representation, or “Murti”, of Avatar Adi Da. This is the means for contacting Him at heart and entering into the depth of devotional Communion with Him in the practice of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga. This Yoga of devotion is supported by “conductivity” and “the conscious process”.

Meditation Is Not A Technique, but A Gift (From Me)—and Even All The Technical Forms . . . Of Meditation Practice In The Way Of The Heart Are, Truly, Only Secondary Means, To Be Applied For The Sake Of Serving The Always Primary Practice (Of Devotional Resort To Me, and Devotional Contemplation Of Me, and Devotional Response To Me, and Devotional and Meditative Cooperation With Me).

The Way Of The Heart (and Meditation In The Way Of The Heart) Is A Relationship—Not Merely A System Of Techniques.
