Teleconference Courses

The spring semester of Adidam teleconference classes, taught by Anne Henderson, begins the week of April 15, 2008.

The reading load is moderate, making these classes accessible to individuals with demanding schedules.

The books for which we are offering classes this spring are:

• The Knee Of Listening
• Easy Death

Classes meet for twenty sessions, once a week via telephone for an hour. Classes are available at times convenient to all US and Canadian times zones and upon request for Europe/Africa and Asia/Pacific.

Class tuition is $100 US per month. For those who register via this website, tuition is only $60 per month.

The following schedule is in Pacific Time. Add one hour for Mountain Time, two for Central, and three for Eastern.

Anne Henderson is an excellent and generous teacher. She has been a devotee of Adi Da for over 30 years, and I feel she has a tremendous understanding of Adi Da's written Work. All of this helps to make her an historian of Adi Da's Work over the years and this is all so very beneficial to me.

As a devotee, I want to understand everything of Adi Da's that I read. This has always been difficult for me. Anne explains what I don't understand. She's gracious with her time during class. She also invites us to call her after class if we need more time for personal discussion. She shares leelas with the class, which adds so much richness to understanding Adi Da, His Work, the community, and the Adidam culture.

The more of Anne's classes I take, the easier it is for me to study on my own. I also feel more connected to the community when I'm taking classes, especially sinceI am geographically isolated from a practicing Adidam community. I will be taking more classes with Anne.
