In the remaining three of the "Five Books", Avatar Adi Da Reveals the essentials of each of the principal stages of the Way of Adidam—the foundation Yoga, the Spiritual Yoga, and the Ultimate Yoga.

In this "Song of the Love-Bliss of the Divine Person, Da" (Da Love-Ananda Gita), Avatar Adi Da Reveals the secret simplicity at the heart of Adidam—Non-separateness from Him, Realized by means of feeling-Contemplating His "Bright" Divine Person (His bodily human Divine Form, His Divine Spiritual Presence, and His Inherently Perfect Divine State).

That Non-separateness is Realized through the process of surrendering, forgetting, and transcending the ego-self. Avatar Adi Da tells us that the human being is structured of four principal faculties—body, emotion, mind, and breath—and He Instructs His devotees in exactly how these four faculties are to be surrendered, such that the entire being is thereby surrendered. This is the fundamental devotional process of the Way of Adidam—the Yoga of devotion to the "Bright" Avatar (or Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga).

The practice of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga is not (and does not require) any kind of "achievement" by the individual. Rather, it is a matter of allowing oneself to be spontaneously combined with Avatar Adi Da's constant Blessing-Transmission.

This is the birth of fundamental and radical Scripture. When Avatar Adi Da Samraj says His bodily (human) Form Is (Itself) the Teaching, this is an absolute Phenomenon to which all other truths must bear witness.

The Obvious Love-Bliss-Unity
Turn the Principal Faculties To Me
Searchless Beholding of Me

The Obvious Love-Bliss-Unity

Verses 1-3, 5, 10-11, 13-15 of
"Da Love-Ananda Gita
(The Free Gift Of The Divine Love-Bliss)"

The (Ultimate) Nature of the world (and how it is arising) is inherently (and tacitly) obvious, if you remain in a state of total psycho-physical oneness with whatever and all that presently arises.

To remain in a state of total psycho-physical oneness with whatever and all that presently arises, you must (necessarily, and always presently) Realize inherently Love-Blissful Unity with whatever and all that presently arises.

Inherently Love-Blissful Unity with whatever and all that presently arises is (Itself, or inherently) non-separation (or no-contraction) from whatever and all that presently arises. . . .

Separation (or total psycho-physical self-contraction) is the first (and foundation) gesture made by anyone who has a problem, or who is seeking, or who is making an effort to account for anything whatsoever. . . .

Therefore, it is necessary to (most fundamentally) understand this (or the total psycho-physical self-contraction itself), and (by the transcending of the total psycho-physical self-contraction itself) to Recover Awareness of the obvious (or inherent) Love-Bliss-Unity (and, Thus, to inherently account for everything, and also, Thereby, to solve, or inherently transcend, all problems).

This most fundamental self-understanding (and this Recovery) cannot (fruitfully) be sought—for all seeking is inherently associated with an already present (and total psycho-physical) act of self-contraction (and, thereby, of separation, separateness, and separativeness). . . .

Therefore, if most fundamental self-understanding is not already Realized in the present, it must (and can only) be Realized by Means of Divine Spiritual Grace (as an Avatarically Given Free Gift).

Aham Da Asmi. I Am Da (the Divine Giver), the Avatarically Self-Revealed Divine Person and the Avatarically Self-Given Divine Means of this Divine Spiritual Grace.

I Am Love-Ananda (the Divine Love-Bliss), the Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Spiritual Presence and the Avatarically Self-Revealed Divine Spiritual Way of this Free Gift.

Turn the Principal Faculties To Me

Verses 1-3, 7, 10-17 of
"Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Sara
(The Essence of Devotion To Me)"

The only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam (Which is the only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of the Heart) is the devotional (and, in due course, progressively Spiritual) relationship to Me.

The only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam is not merely a system of self-applied techniques, or ego-centric practices—to be learned from Me and then applied to yourself, independent of Me.

The entire life of My devotee must be Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, or the always present-time devotional Yoga of direct (and directly and immediately ego-transcending) relationship to Me. . . .

The principal exercise of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga is (moment to moment) turning of the principal faculties (of body, emotion, mind, and breath) to Me. . . .

In the midst of daily living, and under all its various circumstances, there are demands on the body, demands on emotion, demands on mind, and demands on the breath. The conditions of existence make changes in all of the principal faculties, moment by moment. I Call My devotee to make Divine Yoga (or Freedom-"Bonding") out of each moment—by using body, emotion, mind, and breath in ego-surrendering devotional feeling-Contemplation of Me.

All the mechanisms that would (otherwise) automatically conform to the conditions of egoic life (or to conditionality altogether) must be turned to Me. Through that turning, My devotee becomes "yoked" (or Freedom-"Bonded") to Me.

Therefore, My devotee must be responsible for the principal faculties of the body-mind—in every moment, and under all circumstances.

Instead of wandering in the maze of thoughts, give Me the faculty of mind—which is epitomized by, and as, attention (itself).

Instead of being tossed about by the waves of emotions, give Me the faculty of emotion—which is epitomized by, and as, feeling (itself).

Instead of seeking bodily pleasure and avoiding bodily pain, turn (or face) the body toward My bodily (human) Form, and (altogether) give Me the body—through full feeling-intention, enacted through constant devotional service to Me.

The faculties of mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), and body are connected to one another via the breath—and, thus, the gesture of surrender to Me must also be done via the breath.

Therefore, altogether, in the right and true practice of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), and body are given over to Me, and breathed in heart-Communion with Me.

Searchless Beholding of Me

From "No Seeking / Mere Beholding"

The Way I have Revealed and Given is not any form of seeking.

The Way I have Revealed and Given is, most fundamentally, a matter of merely Beholding Me.

To merely Behold Me is to be constantly engaged in devotional resort to Me.

Merely Beholding Me is the fundamental (and always primary) practice of the only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam Ruchiradam. . . .

The Spiritual process in My Avataric Divine Company is a matter of being inherently surrendered to Me, merely by virtue of turning the body-mind (or every faculty and function) entirely to Me.

The Spiritual process in My Avataric Divine Company is not about the egoic self.

The Spiritual process in My Avataric Divine Company is not even an effort of the egoic self.

The Spiritual process in My Avataric Divine Company is effortless attending to Me, without turning in on oneself.

The Spiritual process in My Avataric Divine Company is a matter of relinquishing all seeking—and this merely by Beholding Me and (thereby) relaxing all effort to do something to oneself (or about one's "problems"). . . .

Searchless Beholding of Me is a Spiritual matter.

Searchless Beholding of Me is whole bodily (or total psycho-physical) reception of the Self-Existing and Self-Radiant Divine Conscious Light of My own Spiritually Self-"Bright" Person. . . .

Adidam Ruchiradam is not a technique, but a relationship.

Adidam Ruchiradam is a relationship (to Me) in which I Spiritually Transmit Myself to you, and you receive (and respond to) My Avataric Divine Spiritual Self-Transmission (or Ruchira Shaktipat).

Adidam Ruchiradam is searchless Beholding of Me.

Searchless Beholding of Me is the Essence of Satsang with Me.

Searchless Beholding of Me is heart-recognition of Me.

Searchless Beholding of Me is the fully developed Essence of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga.

Searchless Beholding of Me is participation in My Avataric Divine Spiritual Self-Transmission.
