An Overview of
What, Where, When, How, Why, and Who To Remember To Be Happy

Part Three contains nine Essays and Talks addressed to the adult reader, which describe the fully developed forms of the rudimentary devotional and Spiritual practices prescribed by Avatar Adi Da Samraj in Part Two. It opens with Avatar Adi Da's essential discussions of Divine Ignorance, and closes with His most summary Instruction in the fundamental practice of the Way of Adidam--the practice of surrendering the faculties of body, emotion, mind, and breath to Him (known as "Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga"). Also included in Part Three is Avatar Adi Da's summary of children's and young people's practice altogether of the Divine Way of Adidam.

In Part Four, "The Heart-Summary of Adidam" (a brief Essay that is included in all twenty-three "Source-Texts"), Avatar Adi Da Samraj summarizes the profound implications of His Statement that the Way of Adidam is the Way of Devotion to Him "As Self-Condition, rather than As exclusively Objective Other".

The Epilogue, "I Am The Avataric Divine Self-Revelation Of The Fundamental Reality (or The 'Radically' Non-Dual Conscious Light Of Self-Evidently Divine Love-Bliss)", is Avatar Adi Da's Confession of His Identity as Consciousness Itself, the One and Only Reality, and His Instruction that feeling-Contemplation of Him is the Great Secret of Realizing His Divine Condition.

Altogether, What, Where, When, How, Why, and Who To Remember To Be Happy is a Supreme Guide for all--young, old, or in-between--who are moved to Realize Real God by the unsurpassable Grace of the Divine World-Teacher, Ruchira Avatar Adi Da Samraj.
