All devotees, both those who are intimately related and those who are celibate, engage practices Given by Avatar Adi Da that enable them to fully conduct (rather than suppress or indulge in) sexual energy in the body-mind. The capability to effectively conduct sexual energy is an essential prerequisite for receiving and conducting the tangible Spirit-Force of Avatar Adi Da in the advanced stages of Adidam.

There are two basic stages of the sexual Yoga in Adidam:

Through this Yoga, conventional orgasm (which throws off the life-energy and vital chemistry of the body) is, in general, bypassed and converted, resulting in an intensely pleasurable and regenerative whole bodily form of orgasm that enlivens and re-balances, rather than depletes, the body. In The Total (or Full and Complete) Practice Of The Way Of The Heart, sexual activity In The Context Of intimate relationship, Converted Into Right emotional-sexual self-Discipline In General (and Then, In The Context Of Truly Seeing Practice Of The Way Of The Heart, “Emotional-Sexual Devotional Communion” In Particular), Is Sacramental (and Truly Sacred) Activity, and Even A Kind Of Puja (or A True Devotional and Ritual Art).

The Puja Of “Emotional-Sexual Devotional Communion” Is To Be Engaged Simply As A Regular Form Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, or The Devotionally Responsive Counter-egoic (and Even Total psycho-physical) Effort Of ego-Surrendering, ego-Forgetting, and Truly (and, Ultimately, Even Most Perfectly) ego-Transcending Devotion To Me.
